Welcome to Magical Rainbow Preschool

We are committed to making your child’s first school years enjoyable and rewarding for the both of you. We encourage you to communicate with your child’s teachers for suggestions in ways you can participate in classroom activities. Reading stories and doing crafts are always appreciated. Please do not hesitate to ask the director, Cynthia Nunez, or the family worker, Luz Villavicencio, any questions or concerns you might have about our program. WHO IS MAGICAL RAINBOW PRESCHOOL?

Magical Rainbow Preschool’s goal is to provide a home-like environment while in a school setting. This eases the transition to school for those that are stepping away from home for the first time. We offer small class sizes and ideal student to teacher ratios. This enables the teachers to have a powerful impact on each child's development by giving them the individual attention that is essential during their early years. The teachers are experienced and knowledgeable about early childhood education. They are selected because they represent the values and beliefs of Magical Rainbow Preschool. Each teacher believes in on-going and open communication with parents that has been facilitated through the use of our ClassDojo app.

The teachers provide a consistent schedule with a balance between teacher-directed and child-centered activities. This is enhanced by our communication with the parents, which has been facilitated by the ClassDojo app. By providing a setting which fosters self-esteem, builds confidence and is based on respect, it is our goal that the children will be empowered to take risks in their learning. Through guided discovery and hands-on learning, children will be involved in a fully integrated curriculum.
